I know what it's like to carry unprocessed trauma while trying to appear strong for
everyone else.
As a transgender non-binary person who has navigated my own healing journey, I
understand what it means to search for a space safe enough to truly be yourself.
I don't approach our work by asking, “Why are you here?” which is the question most
traditional therapy is built on. Instead, I ask: “What happened to you? What happened
to your people?” Because you're not broken. You've been hurt, and that can heal.
I approach healing through the lens of interconnection—understanding that your
wellbeing is connected to your relationships with yourself, your family, your ancestors,
your community, and the earth. When one part heals, the whole system responds.
I've spent years training with world-leading experts in trauma healing. I'm an
IFS-informed practitioner and trained in Brainspotting—proven methods that help you
access your body's own healing intelligence.
In my work, I create the kind of space I needed when I was healing. A space where
you're welcome as you are, where your shame is welcomed and offered to be released,
and where you can stop performing and just be.
I've been where you are. I know what it takes to heal.
And I'm here to walk that path with you.
